What we keep

Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, town and the answers on your application. If you volunteer or join as a member, also a photo of your ID, which staff use only to check who you are.

Why we keep it

• To open your account and tell you what is left to do.
• To send you tasks, messages and receipts by WhatsApp or email.
• To keep the records the law and our Constitution ask for.

Who sees it

Only ICCF staff whose role needs it. Every change to your account is written in its History. We never sell or share your details for advertising.

Children’s information

Information about the children ICCF helps is seen only by staff who signed the Confidentiality Agreement. It never appears on the website, and every time someone opens a case it is recorded.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in My details at any time, and ask ICCF to delete your account.
